Acres was SkyLine's first experience with the Hynes' Group.
Our first scope of work was to remove and reinstall their
AT&T Partner system. As their offices were being demolished
that afternoon, we needed to respond quickly to minimize
the offices' down time.
We were on site within 2 hours of their call
to accomplish the work. It turned out none of the phone
station lines would reach to the new location of the system,
so we needed to replace them quickly.
Sted decided to have us also run computer
network lines throughout the office building at the same
time as running the new phone cables to make the most of
the situation. This allowed us to connect all of his workstations
together onto a network, resulting in increased productivity.
It also reduced equipment and supply costs by allowing staff
to share network printers rather than needing one for every
PC.
Shortly after this project, Sted purchased
a new phone system for his office through SkyLine. He also
contracted SkyLine once more to install and monitor 5 security
systems between existing structures and new structures to
be built. Later, SkyLine was brought in to trouble shoot
a large Voice over IP (VOIP) network in their Donna, TX
branch.
Holiday Acres and the Hynes' Group have used
SkyLine as their choice communications contractor in New
Hampshire, and in locations outside of the Northeast.
We first encountered SkyLine
Communications when remodeling our offices. We needed
to have our telephone system moved as that room was no
longer going to exist! It was the middle of the day when
we realized that we had to have this moved and reinstalled
ASAP! We placed one call to SkyLine and they were here
in no time at all to fix our dilemma!
SkyLine Communications worked
fast to make things happen and not to hold up our construction
project. Since then we have used SkyLine Communications
for many other projects on this and several other of our
properties. They have also worked for us to install security
systems, telephone systems, trouble shoot a large VoIP
integration in Donna Texas and repair our private broadband
High Speed Data network at one of our largest resorts.
We will continue to use SkyLine Communications as our
primary communications solutions provider.
